Diddley Squat is for sale for $8000 with everything included below.
The sailboat is a 1972 Grampian, 26 feet with an Atomic 4 gasoline
inboard engine. The beam is 8' 4" with a 4'3" draft. Will sleep 4
adults. The boat, as far as I know, is in good condition.

In addition the sale includes: 

      1. Five sails, which includes a working jib,
         storm jib, spinnaker, two main sail.
      2. Installed roller furling and modified
         existing jib in 1999. ($1659)
      3. Engine repair, pulled engine, replace
         valves in 2000. ($1812)
